5 Bold predictions for the Men's Elimination Chamber match

The Elimination Chamber,
The Elimination Chamber in all its glory!

The Elimination Chamber holds a very special purpose on The Road To WrestleMania. Not only is it the last Raw brand pay per view before The Show of Shows in New Orleans, it will also play a crucial part in determining which of the seven men that qualified for The Elimination Chamber match will go on to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34

Unfortunately for the other six Superstars, it also holds the possibility of dashing their hopes to headline WrestleMania completely and relegate them to a lower card feud for the star-studded pay per view. With that being said and the anticipation for The Elimination Chamber at a feverish pitch, here are five bold predictions for The Men's Elimination Chamber match.

#5 Kane returns to cost Strowman the match

Kane,
The Devil's Favorite Demon, Kane.

Bruan Strowman buried Kane under an announce desk to win his Elimination Chamber qualifying match and while some fans thought that would be the end of The Big Red Machine, it seems pretty obvious that WWE only did this so Kane could confront Strowman down the line.

Unfortunately for Strowman, Kane left the hospital under his own power after fighting off medical staff at a local hospital and very well could make an appearance at Elimination Chamber to cost Strowman his final shot at The Universal Title. In fact, WWE could probably even redo Kane's debut back in the 90's by having him rip the Chamber door right off.

In the end, its definitely not what fans want to happen to Strowman, especially with how over he is as a babyface right now, but it could set up something larger than life between Strowman and Kane at WrestleMania 34.

#4 Balor turns heel

Finn Balor, Balor Club,
Will Finn Balor turn heel at The Elimination Chamber?

If Seth Rollins and Finn Balor really will be facing at WrestleMania 34, having Balor turn heel and costing Rollins a shot at The Universal Title would be a great start to that. It would also be a great way for WWE to finally utilize the formation of The Balor Club, which would also for Gallows and Anderson interfere on Balor's behalf.

If nothing else, having Balor turn heel gives WWE to capitalize on two of the biggest stars the company has right now and puts them in an all-out blockbuster feud with each other. It even allows Balor to go back to demon mode and maybe even insert some much-needed parlor tricks back into his gimmick.

With that being said, Balor would be so over as a heel, especially with The Balor club behind him and it would allow for Seth Rollins to continue to be WWE's biggest babyface. In the end, the match would also be a great way for WWE to continue the feud between Balor and Rollins, which begun when Balor defeated Rollins to win The Universal Title at Summerslam.

#3 Elias Sampson eliminates John Cena

Elias Sampson, John Cena,

Another crazy prediction, but it loses some of its implausibility when you consider the edge that WWE has already given Sampson over Cena. Not only did Sampson manage to pin John Cena to earn the final starting spot in The Elimination Chamber on Raw, he also laid Cena out with a guitar swing to the head as well.

With that being said and the way Cena's angle with Elias is currently unfolding, it makes sense that Elias would cost Cena the match as a catalyst to that. Whether it works out in Elias's favor, in the end, remains to be seen, but its at least a positive sign that WWE will put him over at WrestleMania 34.

#2 Bruan Strowman and Roman Reigns are the final two

Bruan Strowman, Roman Reigns,

Bruan Strowman and Roman Reigns have some unfinished business to attend to and while it will ultimately result in Strowman being pinned inside The Elimination Chamber, it is arguably the best way to set up Strowman and Reigns for their WrestleMania 34 opponents later this year.

Not only will the finish make Strowman look strong in defeat, especially since the loss will most likely come after a interference from Kane, it also allows for Reigns to conquer his biggest obstacle in The WWE, which is a great period in the longtime rivalry between the two superstars.

#1 No Undertaker appearance

The Undertaker,
Will John Cena look into the eyes of The Deadman at The Elimination Chamber?

While it is arguably the one thing every member of The WWE Universe wants to see at The Elimination Chamber pay per view especially since many believe it will be the catalyst for the John Cena versus Undertaker dream match at WrestleMania 34, it has little to no chance of actually happening.

Of course, the reason for this is, an appearance by The Undertaker doesn't make sense with Cena and Elias currently feuding with each other and both being in The Chamber and secondly, WWE is rumored to be saving Undertaker's appearance for an upcoming episode of Monday Night Raw to boost ratings, which also hurts The Chamber appearance rumor.

In the end, maybe WWE pulls the swerve of the century and has the bell toll for Cena at The Elimination Chamber, but it would make little less from a storyline perspective for them to do so. It also doesn't make much sense due to the fact that the appearance would interfere with Roman Reigns's push, which also hurts WWE in the long run as well.

Keep in mind that Roman Reigns defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34 was a big thing for WWE and they aren't going to risk raw momentum like that for Reigns in order to satisfy a dream match that the fans want.
