#3 John Cena returns at WWE Money in the Bank in July 2021
One of WWE's biggest moments of 2021 came when John Cena made his return at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.
It was WWE's first pay-per-view, at full capacity, since March 2020. The company went all out to make sure it was memorable. The show was headlined by Roman Reigns defending his Universal Championship against Edge.

After a 33 minute war, The Head of the Table prevailed and defeated The Rated R Superstar via pinfall. After the match, Reigns grabbed a microphone and stated that the world needed to acknowledge him. He was soon stunned when John Cena's music hit.
John Cena returned for the first time since WrestleMania 36 to a thunderous ovation in Fort Worth, Texas. He entered the ring and had a staredown with the Universal Champion before delivering his famous "You Can't See Me!" taunt.
The video that WWE uploaded to Twitter was well received, with over 6 million views and 59.8k likes. John Cena went onto have a great summer with WWE and performed against Roman Reigns at SummerSlam.
