Five potential opponents for Asuka and Charlotte Flair after WWE TLC 2020

#3 Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce

Like a number of teams in the women's division of WWE, Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce are a fairly new pairing for 2020. Peyton Royce was set to be a singles star following the split of The IIconics shortly after their return in May of this year, but the former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion was thrown together with Lacey Evans.

The pair have been portraying somewhat of an odd-couple type relationship, with Lacey Evans forcing a friendship on the reluctant Peyton Royce. In November, the pair were announced as replacements for Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke on Team RAW at Survivor Series, after they were both viciously attacked, leaving them out of action for the pay-per-view.

The fan reaction to Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce as a team had quite a mixed reception initially from fans, especially following the break up of The IIconics. However, the pair are both strong in-ring competitors that have shown vast improvements in 2020. Both Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce have a charasmatic presence on WWE TV, and would have good potential in the title scene.
