5 ways WWE can capitalize on Sasha Banks' momentum

How can WWE capitalize off of Sasha Banks and her momentum?
How can WWE capitalize off of Sasha Banks and her momentum?

The Boss is back and better than ever!

Between her surprise heel turn on Natalya on Raw, to her big win over The Queen of Hearts one week later, it's obvious that Sasha Banks is going places. Furthermore, the reset that the company has done on her character was desperately needed, and will only ensure that she reaches the top of the division.

What happens next though? Beyond all that, what effect will she have on the rest of the division as time goes on?

Of course, it's impossible to know exactly what WWE has planned, especially since the company hasn't made anything concrete yet, but there is such a thing as an educated guess.

With that being said, and with Sasha Banks being white-hot right now, here are five ways WWE can capitalize on The Boss. As always, let us know your thoughts in the comments below and be sure to tell us what you think WWE should do with arguably their biggest commodity at the moment.

#5 Hell in a cell match

It would be genius for WWE to put Sasha Banks in the cell again!
It would be genius for WWE to put Sasha Banks in the cell again!

Sasha Banks is the most despised heel in the Women's division right now, and her intended feud with Natalya and Becky Lynch only makes the idea of a Hell in a Cell match that much more attractive. Not only would it be a great way to capitalize on Banks's new heel character, but it would also work to give the women's division a marquee match-up at Hell in a Cell.

Think about it. There are few feuds in today's WWE that are worthy of a Hell in a Cell stipulation, but Banks versus Natalya is quickly reaching that potential. In fact, between her scathing promo at the start of Monday Night Raw last week and her dominant win over Natalya later in the night, it might be a great way to cap off this rivalry.

#4 Have her win the Raw Women's title

Sasha Banks would be the perfect opponent for Becky Lynch!
Sasha Banks would be the perfect opponent for Becky Lynch!

It's no secret that Becky Lynch can't stay atop her perch as Raw Women's Champion forever. Who can? However, who should be the one to finally take her down a peg? While the WWE Universe will probably answer that question fairly quickly, naming a young star or a fan favorite, it seems more and more likely that Sasha Banks should be the one to bring down The Man.

In all honesty, Sasha has managed to create nuclear heat for herself over the course of the last few weeks and has racked up a key win against Natalya as well. She has also proven herself to be an absolute beast on the microphone and is very quickly becoming one of the most talked-about Superstars on the roster. She's even weaponized her time away from the ring and made it part of the story.

In the end, WWE putting Banks anywhere besides the main title picture would be a huge disappointment and a disservice to the momentum she has right now. It would also ruin what is arguably WWE's best chance of getting the belt off of Lynch, which is a window that will quickly close.

#3 Finish her storyline with Bayley

Bayley and Sasha Banks have some unfinished business to attend to.
Bayley and Sasha Banks have some unfinished business to attend to.

Something feels unfinished.

Maybe that's because The Boss and Hug connection disappeared after WrestleMania 35, which leaves one to wonder what happened between her and Bayley. In fact, between Bayley and Sasha Banks having no real breakup or even an interaction since losing the belts, there are a lot of interesting possibilities here.

For example, what if WWE had Sasha Banks stage another surprise attack for attention and this time target Bayley? Not only does this give WWE the blockbuster feud that has been brewing for years between these two, but it would also be a neat prelude to her eventual feud with Becky Lynch.

In all honesty, there's just so much there storyline-wise for them to capitalize on when it comes to Bayley and Sasha Banks, thus all the more reason for the feud to take place!

#2 Give her a talk show

Sasha Banks deserves her talk show!
Sasha Banks deserves her talk show!

Sasha Banks broke The WWE Universe's heart when she attacked Natalya on Monday Night Raw, but it was her explanation a week later that had everyone talking. Beyond that, the way it was delivered showed just how much of a puppet-master she can be on the microphone.

Sure, there are rumors that Paul Heyman was largely responsible for helping script the promo, but again, it was Bank's delivery that sold it to the fans. If nothing else, that promo should be proof enough that this woman deserves a talk show. At least that way, she can stand out, WWE can keep her on television and keep the momentum going for the long haul.

Maybe it doesn't have to happen immediately, but sooner or later, WWE needs to look into this. With that in mind, however, Banks is a master on the microphone right now and it's going to create a lot of must-see television as the weeks go on and her character develops.

#1 Have her go after Rousey

Ronda Rousey versus Sasha Banks part two?
Ronda Rousey versus Sasha Banks part two?

Let's be honest here.

While Becky Lynch is The man and one of the most popular Superstars in WWE right now, she still doesn't hold a candle to that of Ronda Rousey. In fact, Lynch's push probably would have died a long time ago if WWE didn't cash in on that Triple Threat dream match at WrestleMania 35, which really raised Lynch's stock in the company.

With that being said and Rousey still holding a lot of weight in The Women's division, it makes sense for Banks to exact her revenge on the woman that single-handedly dominated the division for over a year. Beyond that, it would be a great measuring stick to see what WWE wants to do with Banks going forward.

Of course, this scenario would have to be saved for a later time, especially since Rousey is currently on a babycation (and breaking her fingers on the sets of TV shows), but sooner or later WWE needs to have these two cross paths one more time. At least that, someone else can get the highly coveted rub from Rousey and WWE has a more solid division going forward.
