The WWE Universe might disagree with this assessment, especially after McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins in a mostly one-sided match up, but there just isn't enough time to build him up for a feud with Brock Lensar. Not only would it look rushed if WWE just threw him into the title picture, it also seems like he is being rushed into the role.

With that being said, it's probably a good idea for WWE to continue to build McIntyre up as a big star and insert him into the title picture later on. In the end, that will allow him time to actually gain fan support and eventually turn on Ziggler, it also allows his push to happen more organically than others.
