Doesn't: Finn Balor

Finn Balor has been chasing The Universal Title ever since being forced to relinquish it the night after winning it at Summerslam but has been unsuccessful in doing so. Of course, a lot of that probably has to do with WWE wanting to establish Roman Reigns as the next face of the company and that means there's no room for Balor in the title picture.

Unfortunately for Balor, things get even worse when you consider the fact that Lesnar versus Balor wouldn't be a realistic matchup and unlike Seth Rollins, Balor really can't afford to take another big loss right now. With that being said, it makes no sense for WWE to put Balor in The Universal title picture right now and would be better off saving that for later on.
