Reports suggest that recently-deposed Knockouts Champion Sienna picked up an injury while working for Shimmer.

At Slammiversary XV, Sienna defeated Rosemary to unify the Impact Wrestling Knockouts and GFW Women's Championships, claiming her second Knockouts title in the process.
Following a 126-day reign, Sienna dropped the title to a retiring Gail Kim at Bound for Glory 2017. Laurel Van Ness then defeated Rosemary on an unaired episode of Impact to capture the Knockouts Championship, which was declared vacant following Kim's legitimate retirement.

Sienna reportedly sustained the injury while working for Shimmer, but there are no specific details regarding the situation. There is also no word on whether she will work through the injury or spend time on the shelf.

The episode of Impact featuring the coronation of Laurel Van Ness will air on December 07, 2017. If the injury isn't too severe, Sienna could be one of the first people to challenge the newly-crowned Knockouts Champion.

Even though Impact Wrestling's booking of the Knockouts division leaves a bit to be desired, it's no exaggeration to say that Laurel Van Ness is capable of turning things around. A feud with Sienna certainly wouldn't have been remiss.
