Hell in a Cell 2019: 5 Reasons why WWE didn't make The Fiend the new Universal Champion

#4 To have both Superstars on different brands

This is pure speculation at this time, but I'm going to base it on the evidence that exists and what I've gleaned from the same. There have been way too many Fiend sightings on FOX to suggest that he's going to become a SmackDown superstar going forward. And from all the evidence that exists about Seth Rollins, he's going to remain an integral part of RAW.

So, there's a very likely possibility that these two men may be split up during the draft. It doesn't make sense for Rollins to take a red championship to SmackDown Live, or even be away from his girlfriend on separate brands. This is a shame because I think The Fiend vs. Rollins story is not told yet, really.

Maybe The Fiend wins the Royal Rumble and challenges Seth Rollins to a match at WrestleMania for the Universal Championship?
