Fresh off a Bound for Glory pay-per-view that may have done as much damage as it did good, Impact Wrestling has begun taping its next round of television episodes. BFG saw Alberto El Patron return to the company and ruin the main event, while Gail Kim winning the Knockouts Championship was the only title change.

Here are the full spoilers for this coming Thursday's episode of Impact Wrestling.

Eli Drake and Chris Adonis came out, the former fresh off a controversial Global Championship defence against Johnny Impact at Bound for Glory.

The champ trashed Canada and announced he was taking the night off, which brought Petey Williams out to make the challenge. The match was set up for later in the evening.

#1 Sonjay Dutt vs. Matt Sydal

X-Division action started off the competitive side of things, as Matt Sydal and Sonjay Dutt looked to move themselves into contention for a championship shot against Trevor Lee. Sydal came out on top here, hitting Dutt with a gorgeous Shooting Star Press.

Grand Champion EC3 goaded Sydal after the match, seemingly sparking a feud between the two.

Jimmy Jacobs joined the Impact commentary team dring this match and it seems like the recently released WWE star will work in a non-wrestling capacity.

Result: Matt Sydal def. Sonjay Dutt

#2 GHC Championship: Eddie Edwards vs. El Hijo del Fantasma

A NOAH representative came out to take care of the pre-match introductions here. Edwards was able to pick up the win and retain his championship after hitting Die Hard. The two shook hands after the match.

Result: Eddie Edwards def. El Hijo de Fantasma

#3 oVe and Sami Callihan vs. Phil Atlas, Ray Steele

This was little more than a squash to establish the Ohio Versus Everything faction, fresh off Sami's debut at Bound for Glory. LAX came out to confront the trio following the match, with Homicide coming within a whisker of hitting Sami with a Gringo Killer.

After a failed attempt at interviewing Global Forged winner Hakim Zane, Johnny Impact and Alberto El Patron got into a huge backstage brawl that has been described as a 'must-see'.

The two former WWE and Lucha Underground stars fought all over the arena (even going outside of it), before heading to the ring to continue the physical altercation. The segment ended with Alberto locking Johnny in the Cross Armbreaker.

Gail Kim relinquished the Impact Knockouts Championship following her emotional final-match win at Bound for Glory. Kim thanked a number of individuals before vacating the title. There is no word yet on how a new champion will be decided.

The promo segments continued as Dan Lambert and American Top Team came down to the ring, with Lambert asking for Lashley to be released from his contract. Moose came out to get some revenge, but the numbers game was too much.

James Storm of all people came out to help, smashing a beer bottle over the head of a member of American Top Team in the process.

#4 Desmond Xavier, Garza Jr. and Sonjay Dutt vs. Trevor Lee, Andrew Everett and Taiji Ishimori

Unless Dutt is pulling double duty on the episode, this match will take place on next week's episode. This was your typical junior heavyweight fare, although Garza Jr.'s shoulder is in no shape for him to perform.

The babyface trio pulled out the win when the heels failed to get on the same page.

Result: Desmond Xavier, Garza Jr. and Sonjay Dutt def. Trevor Lee, Andrew Everett and Taiji Ishimori

#5 Impact Grand Championship: EC3 vs. Fallah Bahh

EC3 retained his championship inside three rounds, although it should be noted that Bahh was immensely over during this match. Still, EC3 retains, and a feud with Matt Sydal sounds intriguing, to say the least.

Result: EC3 def. Fallah Bahh

#6 LAX (Homicide, Santana and Ortiz) vs. oVe and Sami Callihan

In another match taped for the following week, LAX picked up a surprisingly straight win over the Tag Team Champions and Sami Callihan. Whilst not official, it seems as though a double turn may well be on the cards here, which would be well advised.

Result: LAX def. oVe and Sami Callihan

#7 Impact Global Championship: Eli Drake vs. Petey Williams

Whilst it never seemed like Petey had a chance in hell of picking up the win, he came agonizingly close after hitting a Canadian Destroyer. Maple Leaf Muscle went to the well once too often however, Drake hit the Gravy Train for the 1-2-3.

Result: Eli Drake def. Petey Williams

#8 James Storm vs. Alberto El Patron

The final match of the taping saw two former Impact Champions collide, as James Storm took on Alberto El Patron.

El Patron was making his return to in-ring competition, and he was victorious here after hitting the Tree of Woe Double Stomp, a move that desperately needs a name at this point.

Result: Alberto El Patron def. James Storm
