Impact Wrestling News: Alberto El Patron reveals reason why his restaurant shut down
What's the story?
Wrestlingnews.co compiled two news stories about wrestling's most controversial man, former WWE superstar and current Impact Wrestling star Alberto El Patron in this piece.
The first pertains to why his restaurant shut down, and the second deals with the reason for the cancellation of a charity event that he was part of.
No stranger to controversy, Alberto El Patron's explanations for these two cancellations are rather intriguing. The first has to do with the franchise stealing from him, and the latter, a person he can't name because of legal issues.
In case you didn't know...
Patrons of Mexican food have posted great reviews of La Cantinita in San Antonio on social media. Imagine their disappointment then when this popular establishment was found shut down.
The same is true for a wrestling/charity event that El Patron was a part of. The reason for its cancellation seems rather odd indeed.
The heart of the matter
It all began with a Tweet, from a disappointed customer:
El Patron replied to the Tweet, and he certainly wasn't a happy man either:
We wonder what the story behind the episode is. Stay tuned for more developments on this front as it unfolds, with time.
El Patron also reportedly blamed the Mexican Government for the cancellation of his charity event but has since then gone on to say that he knows who is responsible for the same. Unfortunately, it is not a name he can reveal because of legal issues.
Alberto El Patron made a triumphant return to Impact Wrestling at Bound for Glory 2017. He interfered in the main event match between Eli Drake and Johnny Impact. Following the same, the two men had an epic backstage brawl.
I've interviewed Alberto El Patron in the past, and all I can say is that he's a very passionate man. Little wonder then, that he probably lets his emotions get the better of him, and lands in controversy. I certainly do wish him all the best and hope that he gets all his affairs in order.
