Before the next match, Johnny Swinger, the man that took Joey Ryan to Wrestler's Court, joined commentary ringside hoping to see Ryan get squashed.

Ryan tried to bring Romero in for his "Iconic Flip" early, but Romero avoided the grab. A reverse atomic drop didn't do much to Romero, who responded with a running crossbody. Ryan was hammered with uppercuts as Romero screamed, "I'm not touching that!"

A rolling spinebuster planted Ryan in the middle of the ring. Ryan made it back to his feet and rocked Romero in the ropes. As Ryan was sent on his back, Romero fell over, his head landing on Ryan's...lower regions.
Ryan set up for Sweet Tooth Music, but Romero sent the lollipop into Kid Ref's mouth instead. As he turned around, Swinger ran in to break up the flip. Swinger then tried to flip Romero, but was instead crushed by the big man. As Romero turned around, he was caught by the flip, setting up for Sweet Tooth Music.
Results: Joey Ryan defeated Acey Romero via pinfall.
Tessa Blanchard was interviewed backstage. She said she didn't know what Sami Callihan had up his sleeves, but she's not going anywhere, and she'll be the one to dethrone him at Hard to Kill.
