Kenny Omega promises to make history; TJP battles Ace Austin in a stellar rematch
Kenny Omega promises to make history; TJP battles Ace Austin in a stellar rematch

IMPACT Wrestling's Co-EVP Don Callis and AEW World Champion Kenny Omega joined AEW President Tony Khan and Tony Schiavone for the weekly AEW Dynamite paid ad. Omega will battle Matt Sydal on Dynamite tomorrow night, and if Sydal wins he'll get a future shot at the AEW World title.

The former IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champions tried to meet with Kenny Omega in his locker room, but no one answered. The Good Brothers wondered if Omega and Callis were upset at them for losing the gold to FinJuice. In reality, Omega was heading to the ring to speak on his IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion opponent.

AEW World Champion Kenny Omega addresses IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Rich Swann

Don Callis stated that IMPACT Wrestling was Kenny Omega's home just like his. However, this won't just be his home. On April 24, he'll have the gold to prove it. Callis highlighted the talk he had with IMPACT Wrestling Unified Heavyweight Champion Rich Swann last week, stating that he was a phenomenal athlete and a great person.

But he is not Kenny Omega, and he already faced the destructive force of the One Winged Angel at Hard to Kill. Omega and Callis hammered in that no one has ever kicked out of the One Winged Angel, and in no time, Omega will be holding both the AEW and IMPACT Wrestling World titles.

Callis ran down the list of wrestling greats from Gotch to Flair, claiming that none of them measured up to the Best Bout Machine. Omega doubled down, vowing that he was even better than Kota Ibushi.

Callis then puts up a highlight of Omega hitting the One Winged Angel on AEW and IMPACT Wrestling programming. Omega continued to fill out his villain bingo card, claiming that when he came to IMPACT Wrestling, it was the greatest moment in the company's history. However, for Omega, it was Tuesday.

They vowed to make history at Rebellion. It's not about IMPACT Wrestling. It's not about All Elite Wrestling. It's about wrestling as a whole. It's about making history.

We had a Violent By Design vignette, with Eric Young and his crew putting Rhino through the same initiation that Deaner was forced to go through. Rhino emerged as a brand new man, a brand new War Machine.
