We got a pair of vignettes amping up the IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Championship match. Deonna Purrazzo stated she believed that she was the greatest wrestler in the division, and it's not even close.

Kylie Rae was still furious about what Purrazzo did to Susie, and claimed that she wanted to be a role model to young women wanting to join the business.

Kylie tried her best to be a good person, but Deonna crossed a line. At IMPACT Wrestling Bound for Glory, Kylie Rae will challenge Deonna Purrazzo for the throne and the IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Championship.

We then saw Jimmy Jacobs getting brought to another building at an undisclosed location, where he's placed in a chair to speak to EC3. The former IMPACT Wrestling/TNA World Champion brought Jacobs into his narrative to explain his reasoning behind what he's done to Moose.

Moose is the man that EC3 has been waiting to fight for a long time. Moose claims to be a living legend, but everything dies. He claims to be a Wrestling God, but he's a false idol.

However, the man that beat him down on the bridge last week was the Moose EC3 always knew was there. At Bound for Glory, Moose will learn who he has to become, through the guidance and tutelage of EC3.

Sami Callihan vs. Eddie Edwards on IMPACT Wrestling

Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan recently reignited their rivalry, with Callihan using Ken Shamrock as his weapon of choice. Tonight, Eddie Edwards came out like a house on fire, sending Callihan to the floor for a big suicide dive.

Callihan ducked a clothesline, catching Edwards for an exploder suplex on the ramp. Back inside, Callihan made sure to use shortcuts to stay ahead of the former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion. He choked out Edwards in the corner and beat him down for several minutes.

Edwards eventually fired back, stunning Callihan up top with a step-up enziguri. An avalanche hurricanrana set up for the Blue Thunder Bomb. 1-2-not enough. They began laying into one another with heavy hands and boots, leading to a big sit-out powerbomb from Callihan.

The Draw of IMPACT Wrestling clawed the eyes of his long-time enemy, but he couldn't stand up to Eddie Edwards' kicks and right hands. The Tiger Driver connected, but Edwards just couldn't put Sami away.

Sami crawled to his phone as Eddie set up for the Boston Knee Party. He cut the lights off and when they came back up, Ken Shamrock was on the ropes. The distraction allowed Callihan to get a win via school boy.

Results: Sami Callihan defeated Eddie Edwards via pinfall.

Grade: A+

After the match, Edwards tried to attack Callihan but was pulled off by Shamrock. After a nasty belly-to-belly, Shamrock synched in the ankle lock, nearly snapping the ankle four days from their epic match.

Eddie Edwards will face Ken Shamrock at IMPACT Wrestling Bound for Glory this Saturday.
