We're get
We're getting closer to Bound For Glory

Bound For Glory is within sight and the stars in Impact Wrestling were busy getting prepared for the big show in Canada. Jim Cornette was still around during this episode which will certainly change once it's been confirmed that he's no longer with the company on television.

There were a couple of big matches and a No. 1 contender's match was set for Impact Wrestling's top singles title. Things are heating up for these driven sports entertainers so let's get right to the action.

The opening segment saw Eli Drake and Chris Adonis coming to the ring and boy were they in a good mood. Eli Drake said tonight is a celebration and then he started dishing out some heat on Johnny Impact.

He discussed last week's match and gloated about how it all turned out for him. Then he made fun of Jim Cornette. Eli Drake announced that he had the night off and then Garza Jr came out to have a match. Since Drake was off tonight, Garza Jr took on Chris Adonis.

Chris Adonis vs Garza Jr.

Drake was on commentary during this match and did a good job keeping things interesting. Garza and Adonis fought a pretty good match which saw Garza Jr taking the advantage.

The finish of the match saw Johnny Impact rushing the ring and going after Adonis thus causing a disqualification.

Result: Chris Adonis won by DQ

Upcoming match between Johnny Impact and Garza

After the match was over, Johnny Impact kept pounding his fists down on Chris Adonis while Garza attempted to calm Impact down. However, Impact took a swing at Garza. Jim Cornette came out and booked a match between Johnny Impact and Garza Jr for the next show.

At this point, Eli Drake found himself at ringside eating popcorn. Cornette then said that the winner between Impact and Garza will get a shot at Drake's title at Bound For Glory. Then, Garza and Impact started their brawl to get us ready for their upcoming match.

Everything is building toward Bound For Glory

The tag team titles were on the line

Meanwhile, in the LAX Lair Konnan is plenty upset. He doesn't think they're bringing the same money since Ortiz and Santana are no longer the tag champs. Konnan says he needs to figure things out and this starts an argument.

oVe vs John Bolen and Trey Miguel (GWF Tag Titles Match)

Bolen and Miguel put up a little fight and got some nice spots in. But in the end, oVe hit their High/Low Kick and got the pinfall. It was a rather quick match.

Result: oVe won

Sienna came out to the ring to hype Bound For Glory. She said she doesn't have a match yet and commented about how strange it was. Sienna started bragging about all she's done and commented on how she might have to start fighting men at this point.

Sienna called herself the greatest Knockouts Champion of all time and soon Gail Kim came out to disagree. Kim challenged Sienna to a match at Bound For Glory. Taryn Terrell entered the equation to remind them both that she is the longest-reigning Knockouts Champion in history.

Allie entered the picture next but looked a little bit nervous. She talked about what everyone else had done and how she's Allie. Karen Jarrett came out next and booked a match where Sienna will defend her Knockouts Title against Gail Kim, Allie, and Taryn Terrell.

The action kept going on Impact

Everyone loves a big six-man tag match

They aired a nice little segment where Joseph Park and Grade were at a VIP signing party. Grade met all of the fans while Park got all the cash. Joesph Park handed Grado some money and then ran away leaving Grado looking somewhat happy with his take.

Trevor Lee, Caleb Konley, Andrew Everett vs. Sonjay Dutt, Petey Williams, Matt Sydal

This was a fast-paced match which saw more than a few high spots. Each guy had a chance to get in the match and have their little sequence. In the end, Everett found himself on the mat while Matt Sydal hit a beautiful Shooting Star Press for the win

Result: Matt Sydal, Sonjay Dutt, and Petey Williams won

After the match was over, Sonjay Dutt said he wanted to settle things between himself and Trevor Lee at Bound For Glory. Petey Williams then got on the microphone and said he wanted to face Lee at the next Impact Wrestling PPV. Then Matt Sydal said he wanted a shot too. Everyone wanted a shot and they all argued with each other to close out the segment.

This argument spilt into Jim Cornette's office backstage and Corney just decided to leave instead of dealing with them.

A bad move for Moose and the main event

The Ma
The main event was worth waiting for

Laurel Van Ness came out on a motor scooter looking insane with makeup all over her face. She kissed a fan and then started walking through the crowd. It's a good look for her.

Meanwhile, at the American Top Team MMA training camp, Moose said that Lashley has to finish what he started with him. Moose just trotted right through the door and confronted Bobby Lashley who he found while training inside a cage.

Moose pushed Lashley's coach aside and keeps going. King Mo hit Moose with a punch and Lashley tossed Moose against the cage. Following that, everyone beat Moose down for his troubles. It doesn't look like Moose will be visiting them again anytime soon.

Texano and El Hijo del Fantasma vs. Ethan Carter III and James Storm

Both teams put on a great show for the main event. Impact Wrestling does have some amazing talent on their underappreciated roster.

Pagano joined the AAA Team at ringside about midway through the match. It looked like Carter and Storm were going to win after causing some friendly fire on the AAA Team where Texano accidentally took a shot from his partner.

But as James Storm was going for a suplex, Pagano held his legs through the ropes and Fantasma landed on him to score the pinfall.

Result: Texano and El Hijo del Fantasma won the match via Pinfall

Impact Wrestling concluded this week with Team AAA celebrating in the ring.
