Kudos must be given to the team at WWE Creative for keeping the engine running smoothly in the absence of so many important parts. Seth Rollins, Cesaro and John Cena are out of the reckoning for a WrestleMania moment with various injuries.
Or so it would seem. Cena, who injured his shoulder shortly after the New Year, posted this on Twitter:
The Leader of the Cenation is known for toying with his fans’ feelings, but before the tweet is dismissed as another of his cryptic posts, his Wolverine-like ability to come back from serious injury must be considered.
Cena is one of the hardest workers in the industry and has returned from surgery before, albeit not 100%. When you add the rumours that he was supposed to be the Undertaker’s send-off opponent at WrestleMania 32, the whole thing takes on a different hue.
