If you don't already know the name Shane Strickland, you're about to have your mind blown. The only misfortune is that we should have seen Strickland in WWE a long time ago, had it not been for contractual red tape.

Lucha Underground fans may know him as Killshot, but Shane Strickland is a star in his own right - having faced off against the likes of Johnny Gargano, Tony Nese, Kalisto, The Young Bucks, Ricochet, Kenny Omega, The Briscoes... The list goes on.

The six-foot-one, 190-pounder is incredibly fluid inside the squared circle, with incredibly smooth ring work and a style that instantly draws eyes.

Strickland's striking ability was developed from his time in the US Army Reserves, where he trained in hand-to-to hand combat, and he counts EVOLVE, Combat Zone Wrestling and Major League Wrestling championships among his past accolades.

Back in July, we spoke exclusively with Shane Strickland and asked about the potential of him signing with WWE and he gave us a very interesting answer - remaining coy, but not disregarding the possibility of a move.

I'm doing me and I'm enjoying everything I'm doing in my career right now. I've got a lot of responsibilities on me right now and I'll fulfill every last one of them.

Strickland also cited Matt Riddle as a huge favorite of his, a man who is now performing in WWE, on the NXT brand. Strickland also spoke about his character, Killshot, on Lucha Underground. You can read the entire interview here.
