Sami Zayn and Mike Kanellis started the match by trading punches but Sami Zayn took control early. Just before Zayn could take out Mike, Maria distracted him, letting Mike take him out with a big fist. Mike went for a pin but failed to get a three count. Sami got hit by a clothesline and some nasty shots to the head.

Leaving a downed Zami in the ring, Mike went for a kiss from Maria. Sami reversed Mike's submission and hit him with an over-the-top-rope suicide dive. Zayn went for a pin but Mike kicked out early. Sami reversed a powerbomb into a huge tornado DDT but failed to connect with the exploder after Maria distracted him and the referee. Mike tried to take advantage of the situation but Sami was too quick for him and hit him with a helluva kick and secured the victory via pinfall.

Result: Sami Zayn def. Mike Kanellis.
