Samoa Joe and Rey Mysterio have had a pretty personal feud. Samoa Joe completely squashed Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 35 in about sixty seconds. Since then, Rey Mysterio got an upset victory over Samoa Joe with a roll up. This feud has gotten even more personal since then as Samoa Joe recently delivered a chilling message to Rey Mysterio's son Dominik on Monday Night Raw.

Given how personal Samoa Joe has been to Rey Mysterio and his family, it only seems right that he gets the victory. However, Samoa Joe has been great as United States Champion with several great matches against R-Truth, Rey Mysterio, Andrade, and AJ Styles to his name. It is likely that WWE will allow Samoa Joe to have a much longer reign as United States Champion so he will not lose tonight.
