#1. Money in the Bank works better with a heel winner
Over the years, the Money in the Bank contract ladder match has been won by both faces and heels, but it's arguable that the contract works better in the hands of a heel. Some of the greatest cash-ins of all time have been from heels like Edge, Seth Rollins, Dolph Ziggler, and Randy Orton.
WWE has no plans for these former AEW wrestlers? Here's why!
Many faces have been forced to announce their cash-ins in advance much like John Cena and RVD. The contract in the briefcase is there for a sneaky way to win a Championship because the cash-in could take place anywhere and at any time.
This favors a heel who wants to be Champion but doesn't want to do all of the work much like Carmella when she cashed in her contract on Charlotte in 2018. Back in 2019, Alexa Bliss when was able to cash in on Nia Jax after interfering in her match with Ronda Rousey.
It would be a change of pace for Nia Jax to be chasing a Championship and looking to get even with Becky Lynch following her exploits back in 2018.
