#5 Cam Zagami (with Romeo Roselli) vs. “The Sexy Beast” Bull Dredd
The match ended in a No Contest as Zagami and Roselli started to double-team on The Sexy Beast. The duo sought to outside interferences until Dredd challenged them for a tag-team match. He introduced his partner, which was none other than the WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler.

As expected, Lawler received one of the biggest pops of the night. Dredd picked up the win for his team quite easily.

After the match, The Godfather made a surprise appearance. He came down to the ring with two women, one of which was the Lady of Honor Mandy Leon. Delighted by the scene, Lawler grabbed a mic and screamed “puppies!”
Roselli and Zagami weren’t done yet as they challenged anyone in the back to fight them. The Great Khali came out and laid out the duo with big chops on the forehead.
#7 Ryback vs. Jake Manning
Another entertaining match where the crowd was really invested into the in-ring action. One of the highlights of the match was the instance when the fans chanted “use the book” to the ‘Man Scout” Manning. He literally sat in a corner and flipped the pages of his Boy Scout book. ‘The Big Guy’ pinned Manning following a Shell Shock.
Result: Ryback defeated Jake Manning
#8 T.K. O’Ryan(c) vs. Mike Bennett (with Maria Kanellis) [NEW World Championship match]
The fans in attendance were delighted when Bennett was announced as the mystery contender for the Championship. Prior the match, ‘The Miracle’ stated that Maria couldn’t attend the event. Bennett and Ryan went on to deliver the best match of the night.
Maria came to the aid of her spouse half-way through the match, providing an upper hand to Bennett. In the end, he low-blowed Ryan while the referee was incapacitated and covered him for the win
Result: Mike Bennett defeated T.K. O’Ryan to become the brand new NEW World Champion
#9 “The American Nightmare” Cody vs Kurt Angle [Steel Cage match]
Both men shook hands before delivering an instant classic. The match was packed with back-and-forth actions, nearfall after nearfall. At one point, Angle capitalised when Cody missed an attempted moonsault from the top of the cage. In the closing moments of the match, Cody slipped out of his boot to escape the Ankle lock and covered Angle in the Small package for the three count.
Result: Cody defeated Kurt Angle
After the match, Cody told the fans that it was an honour to share the ring with Kurt Angle. He also invited Angle to join the Bullet Club if he doesn’t “like it where he was going”. The 2017 WWE Hall of Fame inductee, Angle then thanked the Waterbury crowd for attending the event.
