The first round of the tourney kicked off on RAW this past Monday night and will continue on SmackDown tomorrow. Roxanne Perez defeated Kairi Sane, Liv Morgan, and Rhea Ripley to become the first woman to advance to the semifinals. The Queen will take on Alexa Bliss, Candice LeRae, and Chelsea Green in a Fatal Four-Way.

Charlotte Flair has never won the Queen of the Ring tournament before, and if she does, her nickname will finally be justified. She sent out a tweet on X stating that she was ready, and included a clip of her training in Tyler Breeze and Shawn Spears' wrestling school ahead of SmackDown.

A former WWE employee wants Charlotte Flair to feud with Becky Lynch

The Queen and The Man have a very long history. They were part of the Four Horsewomen and competed in the first women's WrestleMania main event match. However, it's been a while since they wrestled in a singles match.

Speaking on Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, ex-WWE employee Tommy Carlucci said he'd rather see Charlotte Flair feud with Becky Lynch for the Intercontinental Championship than Bayley.

"I'd like to see Charlotte get involved and start a little angle between Charlotte and Becky, who have a lot of heat, who have a lot of history together. And I think people would rather see Charlotte and Becky besides Bayley, because Bayley is boring," he said.
