Congratulations are in order for WWE Superstar Apollo Crews on achieving a major feat outside of the squared circle. He has been absent from WWE programming due to injury for several months.

The 37-year-old tore his pectoral muscle while competing against Johnny Gargano in a singles match on the January 24, 2025, episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Despite the injury, he managed to secure the win. However, Crews had to undergo surgery and is still on the road to recovery.

Amid his absence from the wrestling promotion, Apollo Crews has completed his college graduation. He took to his Instagram account to share the news with his followers. The former WWE United States Champion noted that he had originally left Auburn University before his graduation to pursue his dream of becoming a professional wrestler.

"It took 37 years, but we got it done! It's never too late to do anything! Today, it is official! College graduate with honors!👨🏾‍🎓I originally left Auburn University before I graduated to chase my dream of becoming a Wrestler. I’m glad I decided to go back and finish what I started all those years ago. 🙏🏿🙌🏿," he wrote.

Apollo Crews recently shared an update on his injury

Apollo Crews shared an update about his unfortunate injury in an Instagram post a couple of weeks ago. The SmackDown star shared pictures of himself while working out at a gym.

In the caption, Crews noted that he was putting in a lot of work during his rehab. Apollo mentioned that he was feeling good. He made an interesting point, stating that he never had any physical pain, but it took him a while to get back into the right mental space after getting injured.

"Been crushin the rehab. Feeling good. I never really had any physical pain, but it took a while to get my mental game right after the injury happened. I’m over that hump now.
