On this week's episode of WWE NXT, Joe Hendry paid tribute to the late-great Eddie Guerrero by using one of his iconic tricks during his match with Joe Coffey. This was the TNA wrestler's first singles match in the company.

Before the match even started, the former TNA Digital Media Champion immediately dived onto Mark Coffey and Wolfgang, who were at ringside. His opponent tried to attack him, but he countered with an uppercut. The TNA star hit the Gallus member with a high knee and the latter went for a crossbody off the top rope, but nobody was home.

Hendry planted Joe Coffey with a delayed vertical suplex and hit a few chops in the corner. He then sent the heel star to the floor, but the latter nailed him with a stun gun after they got back in the ring. Joe Hendry fought the rest of Gallus at ringside. He then pulled an Eddie Guerrero by tossing them a chair and taking a bump on the announce table.

The referee ejected Mark Coffey and Wolfgang from ringside. Joe Hendry planted Joe Coffey with a backdrop and an overhead throw in the ring. He finally hit his finisher and won the match via pinfall.
