Dakota Kai, Raquel Rodriguez, and more WWE stars have reacted to a 33-year-old's heartfelt message on social media. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the terrorist attacks in New York on September 11, 2001.

WWE star Zelina Vega lost her father in the terrorist attacks 23 years ago. She took to Instagram to send a heartfelt message honoring him. She shared pictures of herself with her father as a child and of a recent fan sign that paid tribute to him on RAW.

"Love you Dad🙏🏽🕊️ I typed and deleted this about 13 times now.. but still couldn’t find the words. So I’ll let these photos do the talking," she wrote.

Natalya returned to RAW this past Monday night to team up with Zelina Vega and Lyra Valkyria. The trio defeated Pure Fusion Collective in a six-woman tag team match.

Zelina Vega opens up about her goal in WWE

RAW star Zelina Vega recently opened up about what she wants to accomplish in the company.

In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter earlier this year, the veteran noted that she has never captured the WWE Women's Championship. She shared that was her goal moving forward, and she wanted to prove her doubters wrong.

"I feel like I've gotten the chance to do some amazing things, work with some amazing people. Andrade, and obviously I got to work very closely with Rey, I got to be the first ever Queen of the Ring, and tag champion, but I've never actually gotten to be WWE Women's Champion. So that's my goal. It's something that I really wanted to do and prove that I can do. There's been so many doubters and people who thought I couldn't do any of what I've accomplished." Zelina Vega is a former Women's Tag Team Champion but has never won a singles title in the promotion. It will be interesting to see if she can accomplish her goal and become WWE Women's Champion down the line.
