Baron Corbin recently shared his thoughts on WWE's latest release spree and claimed Vince McMahon used to care about his employees. The comments received massive backlash on X/Twitter, and Dave Meltzer responded as well.

Meltzer pointed out how several cuts were made during the pandemic under the Vince regime. Corbin couldn't help but respond to Meltzer's comment with a shot at him, as can be seen below:

"Someone should count the amount of toxic fans you have created with your nonsense. You are responsible for the division between fans, ruined story lines, false reports, tribalism and negativity surrounding wrestling. You are black cloud over all wrestling!"

What exactly did Baron Corbin say about Vince McMahon?

Corbin thinks McMahon cared about the talent as well as the fans. He also pointed out how R-Truth has been nothing but loyal to WWE over the years.

"Say what you want about Vince, Vince cared about his talent and he cared about the fans. Everything else in his life is his business and whatever he's dealing with. "Guys like Taker, someone who's been loyal. When you watch Vince talk about Taker, he starts crying because he loves him and his loyalty. R-Truth has been nothing but loyal, he's done everything that's ever been asked." (H/T WrestleTalk)

The WWE Universe isn't happy with TKO one bit. Fans were left dumbfounded by R-Truth's release, with many believing he would be a WWE lifer. Truth is insanely talented and would be an incredible asset for the promotion that ends up bagging him in the near future. One also wonders if R-Truth is interested in wrestling anymore now that he's no longer a WWE Superstar.
