EC3 does not normally come off as someone who is fearful of others, especially ex-WWE champions. However, a particular name apparently used to strike fear in him since his childhood.

The name in question is Sid Eudy, better known as Sycho Sid. His tenures in both WCW and WWE made Sid a renowned character in the pro wrestling world. His talent was instrumental in securing him several titles, including six World Championships.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, EC3 recalled his first impressions of Sycho Sid. He stated:

"I did have a, you know, a rational fear of him, as he was built as a psycho, and little kids don't like psychos. You know, I think matches with like Shawn stood out to me at that time, but even in WCW, when I was more like acute and mentally aware of what was happening, he was always engaging to watch." Vince Russo also thinks highly of the former WWE Champion

According to Vince Russo, Sycho Sid was an underrated gem in the world of pro wrestling.

Speaking on Legion of RAW, Russo explained how he did not have to write promos too dedicatedly for Scycho Sid, owing to the star's talent. He said:

"I produced dozens and dozens of Sid promos and I could tell you. First of all, it was always one take, and when he was in that Sycho Sid character, the intensity to go from mad to laughing to crazy to insane to calm, he would go through all these emotions in one promo. I don't think people understand, back then, you didn't write promos for the talent."

He further stated:

"You tell Sid, 'Bro, this is what you're talking about in the promo, go!' This is a dude, one take every time and the range of emotion. I'm begging you guys, go in the web and look up some Sycho Sid promos. They never get talked about." [From 2:34 onwards]
