Former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci slammed Ronda Rousey for being lazy during her stint in the Stamford-based company.

The Baddest Woman on the Planet recently criticized WWE for never giving her and other stars the same resources and time to rehearse as given to Logan Paul. She claimed that her first match was an "instant classic" because she had six weeks to prepare for it. The former RAW Women's Champion stated it was "frustrating that everybody doesn't get that treatment."

On the Behind The Turnbuckle podcast, Carlucci addressed Rousey's comments. The former employee slammed the UFC Hall of Famer for allegedly being "lazy" and "living off her name." He also urged her to stop blaming other people, making The Rock an example of how to hone the craft even if it's for a short stint.

"I think it's BS, Coach. Let's take a look at it, Coach. Rock was here what, 12 weeks? He flew three rings. The guy worked out every time, every chance he can get he worked at his craft. I don't think she ever worked at her craft. I think she was lazy and she was just living off her name in the UFC that she was such a bada**. So, don't go blaming other [people]," he said.

Carlucci went on to add how hardworking Logan Paul is, apart from being massively popular, and compared that to Rousey's lack of impetus shown during her time with the company.

"Logan Paul when he's here, he's one of the top superstars that WWE has. He can work in the ring. He could cut on the microphone. How huge is he in social media? How many millions of people follow this guy, right? But he doesn't lay down, dude. He works his bu** off in that ring. And I never saw that from Ronda." [15:26 - 16:10]

Jonathan Coachman also claimed Ronda Rousey never put in the work to succeed in WWE

Tommy Carlucci's co-host, wrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman, also addressed Ronda Rousey's controversial comments about Logan Paul's alleged special treatment in the Stamford-based company.

The former Interim General Manager of RAW claimed that he had never seen Rousey head to the ring and train during his time in the company. Hence, he said that he did not buy her passing the buck, instead of taking ownership of her past actions.

"She hasn't taken ownership of anything during her time in the WWE. And that's a little bit frustrating because I didn't see her one time when I was there, not once, walk out to the ring, work out during the day, put in the time when she had all the time in the world. So, I don't buy the passing the buck," he said.

The Baddest Woman on the Planet left WWE after losing an MMA Rules match to Shayna Baszler last year at SummerSlam. Although many former superstars have returned to the company over the past few years, Rousey recently claimed she has no intent on making a comeback in WWE.
