WWE News: Four rumoured matches for Roadblock: End of the Line

The last WWE PPV of 2016 takes place this Sunday

The officially announced matches for Roadblock: End of the Line are the matches between Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair, Chris Jericho vs. Seth Rollins, and Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns.

These are the only advertised matches as of now, but the rumoured card will extend the number of matches for the Raw PPV from three to possibly seven.

According to Cage Side Seats, Roadblock: End of the Line is rumoured to add four more matches to their card prior to the start of the show. Those matches include:

- Sami Zayn vs. Braun Strowman,- Rich Swann vs. Brian Kendrick and possibly TJ Perkins for the Cruiserweight Championship- Enzo Amore or Big Cass vs. Rusev- The New Day vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson and possible Sheamus and Cesaro for the Raw Tag Team Championships.

The match between Zayn and Strowman continues their feud from Raw which began when Strowman demanded better competitors. General Manager Mick Foley has been involved in the altercations between Strowman and Zayn, so there is a good chance that he will appear either during or after the match.

The Cruiserweight Championship match between Swann and Kendrick will provide Kendrick with a rematch for his title and throwing Perkins into the mix may make the match more interesting.

Since Kendrick and Perkins have demonstrated a friendship on WWE television, the two may very well gang up on Swann in the title match to increase their odds of winning the title.

Enzo or Cass taking on Rusev will follow up the seduction storyline that started just a few weeks ago.

If this feud is long term, then Enzo could be booked for the match to give Rusev another win, this will ultimately set things up for Cass to take on Rusev at another show. If this feud is short term, then Rusev will probably just beat Enzo and that could serve as the end of the feud.

The Raw Tag Team Championship match, potentially between The New Day, Gallows and Anderson, and Cesaro and Sheamus, could become a bit more unpredictable now.

Assuming The New Day doesn’t lose the titles on Raw, they would have broken the record officially and could either drop them at the next PPV or hold them until they battle Enzo and Cass for the first time.

Roadblock: End of the Line will be the last WWE PPV of the year and will mark the second Roadblock show to occur this year. The first one occurred between Fastlane and WrestleMania and took place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
