Gunther's incredible run in WWE under Triple H's creative leadership is hard to replicate, as The Ring General has suffered just three defeats in singles bouts on the main roster. That said, former WWE star Jonathan Coachman recently claimed that the current World Heavyweight Champion is ''incredibly unentertaining.''

Earlier this year, Gunther lost the World Heavyweight Championship to the 2025 Men's Royal Rumble winner, Jey Uso, at WrestleMania 41. The Ring General was mocked for tapping out during the title match in Las Vegas. However, he vowed to regain the gold from Main Event Jey.

In the most recent episode of Monday Night RAW, the 37-year-old became a two-time World Heavyweight Champion after he made Jey Uso pass out via The Sleeper Hold. Speaking on Behind The Turnbuckle Studios' The Coach and Bro Show, Jonathan Coachman reacted to Rikishi's comments after the show.

The WWE Hall of Famer questioned the Triple H-led creative team's decision to take the title off his son at a time when the 39-year-old was more popular and over as a star. The 51-year-old veteran reacted to the comments and agreed with Rikishi Fatu. Moreover, Coachman said he finds Gunther ''incredibly unentertaining.''

WWE failed to hide these secrets - Check them out!

"Basically, he [Rikishi] says Jey Uso is way more over than Gunther; that's a fact. He sells way more merchandise than Gunther; that's a fact. And he said, 'In my time, if you were the most over, you kept the strap,' which is a fact. So, for once, I haven't seen a lot of people have an issue with anything that Rikishi said after Monday Night RAW. Only 51 days was his title reign. Why do you think they decided to take that off him and give it back to Gunther, who I find incredibly unentertaining?" Coachman said. [From 51:32 to 52:09]

Gunther is reportedly set to face a WWE Hall of Famer

Last year, Gunther appeared at WWE Bad Blood in Atlanta and called out Goldberg in front of Da Man's family. The World Heavyweight Champion mocked the Hall of Famer, and the two almost came to blows.

However, it was averted, but a potential match was set up between the two for the future. Following the events on this week's RAW, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter (WON) reported that Triple H decided to put the title on The Ring General to set up a match between the Austrian and Goldberg for Saturday Night's Main Event in Atlanta on July 12.

It'll be interesting to see if the former Universal Champion appears on RAW in the coming weeks to set up the potential bout.
