He was part of the Fatal Four-Way match as he got the chance to secure a title shot by advancing to the next round of the King of the Ring tournament. Uso was carrying an injury after losing the World Heavyweight Championship to Gunther last week. However, if he could defeat Sheamus, Rusev, and Bronson Reed, he would earn a spot in the next round of the King of the Ring tournament.

The star was still severely injured, with his already busted ribs suffering even more in the match. By the time the night ended and Seth Rollins decided to make his way out, Jey Uso could barely move. Thankfully, Cody Rhodes rushing in was enough to save Uso.
