In case you forgot, way back in September, John Laurinaitis got engaged Kathy Colace. Followers of Total Divas or WWE fans may know her as the mother of the Bella Twins. A few hours ago, Nikki Bella tweeted this photo.
Mr. Laurinaitis, former Executive Vice-President, Talent Relations and General Manager of Raw and SmackDown is now related to Daniel Bryan, officially. When John Laurinaitis used to appear on television as a heel authority figure, he had an angle with Daniel Bryan where he apparently was against the rise of Bryan and did everything in his power to stop him from getting to the top. He didn’t have faith in the Air Goat as he wasn’t tall enough.
Now that Mr. Laurinaitus is married to the mother of his wife, to say that family dinners are going to be awkward is an understatement. Who knows, John Cena might just escalate the awkwardness up a notch by marrying Nikki Bella.
All kidding aside, congratulations to the couple and I’m pretty sure Mr. People Power and the Flying Goat will set aside their differences if they already haven’t and will get along now that Laurinaitis has seen Daniel Bryans’s rise before the latter was forced to retire.
