In recent weeks, there has been a lot of tension between Kingston and Xavier Woods. The duo recently failed to beat Finn Balor and JD McDonagh for the WWE World Tag Team Championship. Interestingly enough, Woods remains the only member of The New Day who has yet to win a singles title in WWE.
On Twitter/X, Kingston celebrated Jey Uso's historic title win by sending a two-word message.
"JEEEYYYY! YEEEEEEET!" wrote Kingston.

This week, Kingston and Woods suffered another loss on Monday Night RAW. Following a backstage segment between The New Day and American Made, a tag team match was made official for the show. Unfortunately for the former tag team champions, they failed to beat The Creed Brothers.
Backstage, Woods and Kingston came face-to-face with the Latino World Order. Rey Mysterio apologized to The New Day for his faction's interference during their World Tag Team Championship match against The Judgment Day.
This led to an argument between Woods and Mysterio, setting up a match for next week's RAW. It remains to be seen whether Kofi's congratulatory tweet to Jey Uso would affect Xavier.
