Nikki Bella turned down major WWE offer, says former champion

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella returned to Monday Night RAW earlier this week. Meanwhile, a wrestling veteran recently claimed that the two-time Divas Champion rejected a major offer made to her by the Stamford-based company.

In a recent interview with The Toronto Sun, former WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Natalya said that the global juggernaut offered Bella her private locker room. However, the 41-year-old turned down the offer, saying she wanted to be in the locker room with the rest of the women. Nattie noted that she loved Nikki's gesture.

“So yesterday in the locker room, they wanted to get Nikki her own locker room. And they were like, 'We’re going to get Nikki Bella her own room. She’s going to have her own space. We’ll put a fruit tray in there and all this stuff that she wanted,' and she goes, ‘No. I don’t want to change in my own locker room,''' she said.

The Queen of Harts continued:

''And this is what I love about Nikki. She goes, ‘I want to change with the rest of the girls.’ She’s like, ‘I want to be in the locker room with the rest of the girls because that’s the most special place to be. It’s about being with the girls.’ And so, I love that!” [H/T: WrestlePurists on X]

One-half of WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan confronted Nikki Bella on this week's RAW. The two stars fired shots at each other before The Judgment Day member flattened Nikki with an Oblivion, teasing a feud that may lead to a match at the Evolution Premium Live Event next month.

Natalya had already teased Nikki Bella's WWE return

Nikki Bella made her in-ring return to WWE earlier this year at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. The wrestling promotion announced her return to Monday Night RAW at Money in the Bank. However, Natalya had already teased her comeback in an earlier interview.

Speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter ahead of the premium live event, Nattie noted that she had been working with Nikki. The 43-year-old stated that the WWE Hall of Famer had been training with her and Tyson Kidd privately for the last two months, hinting at the possibility of a full-time return.

"I have been working with Nikki Bella. Bella has been coming in and privately training with me and TJ for the last two months now. So I just saw her a few weeks ago, and she... Nikki was in my ring for four hours training... I said to Nikki, I was like, 'I forgot how good she actually is.' She poured her heart into our training," she said. [From 3:45 onwards]
