There have been rumors since his WWE return at Money in the Bank, but it was confirmed this week on RAW that R-Truth has made his return under a new name.
As part of the opening segment between John Cena and CM Punk, the self-proclaimed Best in the World said that if Cena wanted the truth, he would get Ron Killings.
Killings, of course, is R-Truth's real name, and reports following his return suggested that he requested the name change when he re-signed with WWE recently because he wanted to establish some credibility behind the name. This is allegedly so that, when he does eventually leave WWE, he can use it on the independent scene and outside of the company in his own right.
R-Truth is a well-liked WWE star, and fans pushed for him to be brought back to WWE following his release. It's unclear how long he has re-signed with WWE for, but it seems that he will be pushed following his return. However, he's unlikely to be handed another title match against John Cena since the latter has now stepped into a feud with CM Punk.
The future appears to hold new ventures for the man now known as Ron Killings in WWE.
