Jimmy Uso has been out of action since April due to an undisclosed injury but he's been rumored for a potential return at WWE Bad Blood. Afa Anoa'i Jr. (aka Manu in WWE), who is a real-life member of The Bloodline, is open to returning to the company as Jimmy's tag team partner.
The eight-time Tag Team Champion was written out of television on the first SmackDown after WrestleMania XL. He was taken out by the debuting Tama Tonga, who aligned himself with Solo Sikoa in The Bloodline.
In reality, Jimmy had an undisclosed injury and was given time off to recover. There's no update on his injury timeline although it won't be surprising to see him return at Bad Blood to back up Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns against The Bloodline.
Speaking on the latest episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Enter The Bloodline, co-host Joe Lowry asked Afa Anoa'i Jr. if he was interested in being the new tag team partner of Jimmy Uso.
"I'd love to tag Jimmy along. Let's do it. Shoot, count me in. I'd be down, you know? Waiting for the phone to ring, I guess," Afa Jr. said. [From 51:54 to 52:01]

Afa Anoa'i Jr. never won a championship in WWE during his two-year stint. He did team up with Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Jr. to form Legacy before Randy Orton kicked him out at the end of 2008. Still, he's a real-life member of The Bloodline and has a connection with Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Jacob Fatu.
Update on Jimmy Uso's status ahead of WWE Bad Blood
Rikishi recently asked for prayers online and put Jimmy Uso's image, making fans worry about the status of the former Bloodline member. Fightful reached out to sources close to Jimmy and updated that the WWE Superstar was "fine" without providing any more details.
With Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes possibly outnumbered by The Bloodline at WWE Bad Blood, it would be interesting to see if Jimmy makes his return to even things out in Atlanta.
