A popular real-life Bloodline member's WWE signing was recently heavily rumored by Lloyd Anoa'i. The name in question is The Rock and Roman Reigns' cousin Lance Anoa'i.
Lance started his professional wrestling career in 2010. After performing in different independent wrestling promotions, he joined MLW (Major League Wrestling) in 2018. During his stint in MLW, the 32-year-old became a part of The Samoan Swat Team alongside his cousin, Jacob Fatu.
Lloyd Anoa'i was recently present for an interview on the Keeks and Squeaks YouTube channel. During the conversation, the interviewer asked Lloyd if he wanted any of his family members to join the Stamford-based promotion.
The real-life Bloodline member said he was previously waiting for Jacob Fatu's debut in WWE, before suggesting Lance Anoa'i had joined NXT.
"Jacob Fatu, my nephew, I was waiting for them to pick him up. I’m so blessed. My other nephew, Lance Anoa’i, he’s [in] NXT right now and one that I have right now that I’ll fit, I would actually put my own son in there, because I’m training him. He’s 17 years old, he’s 6’4 and he hasn’t stopped growing. So, you know, could be part of our third generation," Lloyd said. [1:14 - 1:38]

Lance Anoa'i had reportedly been giving WWE tryouts since 2015. He also wrestled three matches for the Stamford-based promotion on television. His first outing was on SmackDown, where he teamed up with Rhett Titus in a losing effort to The Ascension.
His second match came on NXT in 2017, during which he teamed up with Gariston Spears, this time losing to The Authors of Pain. However, Lance's third match was a singles bout against Shane McMahon, which did not last long after Drew McIntyre interfered and took the 32-year-old out.
Following the bout, McMahon and McIntyre didn't stop attacking Lance but his cousin, Roman Reigns immediately came to his aid.
It remains to be seen whether Lance Anoa'i will start performing on the promotion's developmental brand soon.
