Former WWE and WCW star Bryan Clark was recently interviewed by Pro Wrestling Define and revealed canceled plans for a streak vs. streak match between him and Goldberg in WCW.

Goldberg was in the middle of his undefeated streak, while Clark himself was on a winning run. Despite initial plans for the match, the idea ended up getting shelved, with creative choosing to go in a different direction. Clark explained what happened:

"That's what they had planned but then there were some changes and I don't really know who was booking, whether it was Kevin Sullivan or... I don't really know all the behind the scenes but they decided that I would lose right before... because I think I won in the World War 3 PPV going into... basically, it would be me vs. Bill [Goldberg] and they ended up going in a different direction. Unfortunately that happened but I got to work with Bill a lot, later throughout WCW and Japan and other places so that's just part of my story." (H/T: Sportskeeda)

Bryan Clark had a memorable run in WWE in the New Generation Era as Adam Bomb. He later signed with WCW, debuting as Wrath. Clark then went on to form a successful tag team called Kronik with Brian Adams, with the duo winning tag team gold twice in WCW. KroniK also had a brief WWE run after they bought out WCW in 2001.
