Seth Rollins whispers a message in Cody Rhodes' ear after they cross paths; cryptic angle teased on WWE SmackDown

Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes once again came face-to-face on WWE SmackDown. Rollins was seen whispering to Rhodes as Jey Uso made his entrance.

Rhodes and Jey will team up tomorrow night at the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event. They will face John Cena and Logan Paul in a tag team match that was set up after The American Nightmare made his return at Saturday Night's Main Event.

Rollins and Rhodes have a lot of history with one another. Apart from facing each other in singles matches, The Visionary also played a huge role in Rhodes' victory over Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL.

While Seth Rollins' message to Cody Rhodes remains unclear, WWE did tease a cryptic angle on SmackDown.

Seth Rollins will also be a part of tomorrow's Money in the Bank Premium Live Event. He will step in the ring with five other superstars, including Solo Sikoa, Andrade, LA Knight, El Grande Americano, and Penta. All six superstars will compete for the Men's Money in the Bank briefcase.

On SmackDown, Rollins and his crew took out Knight, Andrade, and Penta, targeting all three men during or after their respective matches. He also came face-to-face with Sikoa and his family during the show's opening segment.
