RAW has been on Monday nights for decades, but the recent change of guard within WWE means that anything and everything is now possible in the company. Vince Russo recently commented on the possibility of RAW moving to Tuesdays.
Endeavor boss Ari Emanuel was asked about the scheduling and whether the organization would be open to broadcasting the longest-running episodic television show on a different day. Emanuel wasn't against the idea of RAW potentially airing on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which would certainly give the three-hour show less competition to worry about.
Vince Russo agreed that RAW being on Tuesdays would lead to NXT being shifted to Wednesdays, reigniting the war with AEW Dynamite. The former writer commented on the potential WWE programming alterations, as you can view below on Legion of RAW:

Vince Russo understands why WWE might want to move Monday Night RAW
Despite being an important offering for WWE for several years, the viewership figures for RAW have dropped drastically since the glory days. The red brand often faces stiff competition from football, and Vince Russo felt the company might be tired of getting destroyed in the ratings, especially during the NFL season.
Vince Russo realized that the wrestling business wasn't the same, and to survive, presenting RAW on a different day or time slot might be necessary. The veteran, however, defiantly claimed that WWE would not have even considered the change for RAW during the Attitude Era when the promotion had one of the hottest products on TV.
"Yeah, they are tired of getting their butts kicked, bro, by Monday Night Football. I don't blame them. I mean, go to a weaker night. That would have never happened during the Attitude Era. We would have never tucked our tail and went on another night. But, hey, bro, it's a different time." [21:00 - 21:59]
