WWE Executive Road Dogg is upset with Twitter for removing the blue checkmark from his profile.

Before Elon Musk purchased the social media platform, celebrities could get a blue verification checkmark that helped fans differentiate between authentic and fake profiles. The process to get a blue tick involved showing proof that the account belongs to the celebrity in question.

However, since Elon took over, anyone can get a blue checkmark on the platform by paying a subscription. This has upset a lot of people, and many have voiced their opinions on this.

While some have paid for their blue ticks, Hall of Famer Road Dogg recently took to Twitter to voice his displeasure over losing the verified mark on the social media platform.

"How come I don’t have a blue check anymore? Ya know what, Nevermind!!" he wrote.

Road Dogg believes WWE missed an opportunity with Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe has been one of the top stars on the independent scene before making his WWE debut. However, his run didn't go so well.

Although he was NXT Champion, his run on the main roster was lackluster. He spent most of his time on the shelf and behind the commentary booth than in the ring. Eventually, he was released from his contract.

Road Dogg recently disclosed on his Oh... You Didn’t Know podcast that WWE missed an opportunity with Samoa Joe.

"100 percent [there was more to Samoa Joe in WWE]. I think Samoa Joe is money any way you look at it. He’s a great promo, I believe every word he says, he’s well-spoken, he’s a big tank of a man, he can fly around like a bumblebee. He shouldn’t be able to but he can... So it’s just incredible how much money is left on the table with Samoa Joe and look, I don’t know how he’s doing now or whatever but I just think from our company and me working with him, man, there was a lot left on the table with Samoa Joe," said Brian James. While it was sad to see Samoa Joe leave the Stamford-based promotion, it's good to see him getting pushed in AEW.
