A WWE legend recently brought up rumors about him returning to the ring after 13 years to have one final match. However, the match would likely take place in AEW if it were to happen, which has raised Vince Russo's eyebrows.

The legend in question, Mick Foley, has claimed that he had a secret meeting with MJF regarding his return to action for one last match. While the match does not seem like it will happen anytime soon, it has raised questions about why it would not take place in the Stamford-based promotion.

According to Vince Russo, Mick Foley probably knows that such a match would not be welcome in Triple H's company. Speaking on The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince said:

"This is about Mick having, wanting to have one more match and he knows they wouldn't do it at the WWE. If they would it at the WWE, Mick would do it there. And you know, maybe Mick doesn't want to do it at the... I don't know what kind of heat there is there. I really don't know. But I know if there was a choice, Mick would wanna do it there. If that's not a possibility then the only other place is AEW." [5:52 onwards]

The WWE veteran is also worried about Mick Foley's health

According to Vince Russo, Mick Foley's health is a cause for concern if the latter decides to have the match.

Speaking on the same episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, the veteran explained his worries about Mick going through the physicality of a wrestling match. He said:

"Ya, that would be my whole thing. I know Mick has lost a ton of weight, I do know that. My whole thing would be Mick's health. And you know I mean, Mick's the only one that knows what he can do and can't do. That would be my only concern. If Mick has lost a ton of weight and he has gotten in better health, and he feels he could do it, I mean that would be my only concern. I would hate for him to come out of this, you know, with anything happening." [3:15 onwards]

As of now, only time will tell what Mick Foley plans to do.
