A WWE legend recently caused a stir in the pro-wrestling community by discussing a potential final match after being away from the ring for over 13 years. However, wrestling veteran EC3 believes that the match will not be better than a previous one that involved Edge (aka Adam Copeland).

The legend in question is Mick Foley, who has admitted to having a secret meeting with MJF about one last match. While such a match would indeed be a treat to watch, EC3 thinks that it would be near impossible for the bout to have the same quality as Mick's match with Edge before the former's retirement. Nevertheless, EC3 still believes it is worth exploring.

Speaking on The Wrestling Outlaws, the former NWA World's Heavyweight Champion stated:

"It is a second-tier comparison, especially Mick being younger, I mean that match (Edge vs. Mick Foley) was sweet. They had a flaming table, suicide dive, spear finish, and the angle was really good... Being present in the moment we have now, you get the best you can but like, that's hard to live up to. And maybe if it doesn't try to live up to it and they have this nice little 6 weeks of TV laid out, then it's worth a look. But at this point, it's really hard to have anything truly 100% authentic and original." [4:48 onwards]

The WWE legend's plans have caused Vince Russo to worry

According to Vince Russo, Mick Foley's health is a major concern if the latter does intend to go through one more match.

Speaking on the same episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, the WWE veteran talked about how he was worried for Mick's physical well-being. He said:

"Yeah, that would be my whole thing. I know Mick has lost a ton of weight, I do know that. My whole thing would be Mick's health. And you know, I mean, Mick's the only one that knows what he can do and can't do. That would be my only concern. If Mick has lost a ton of weight and he has gotten in better health, and he feels he could do it, I mean, that would be my only concern. I would hate for him to come out of this, you know, with anything happening." [3:15 onwards]
