A new look team will take part in a match on WWE SmackDown according to rumors
WWE will be airing the weekly episode of SmackDown this Friday from Tulsa, Oklahoma. The show promises to be a great one with Roman Reigns making his TV return after his latest absence. Another treat for the fans in attendance will be three favorite superstars teaming up for the first time ever.

The team in question includes Sami Zayn, Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. This will be the first time Lee will compete at the show after his move to the brand. He has in the past called the US Champion his idol multiple times and will surely be thrilled at getting this opportunity to compete with the legendary luchador.
According to reports by BWE on X, the trio will take on all three members of Imperium in a six-man tag match that will take place live after the show.

While the match being a dark match means not everyone will get to watch Lee make his SmackDown debut, it is definitely a great bonus for the fans in the arena and for the former NXT star himself who gets to team with two of the most popular stars in the company.

Rakendu Raghav is an Engineering graduate with a passion for pro wrestling. He is a lifelong fan, and when an opportunity arose to join the Sportskeeda team as a WWE writer, it was an easy decision for him.
Since joining the team, Raghav has written well-researched articles and makes sure that his personal biases or opinions don’t reflect in news articles. He focuses on the information that is important to be shared.
Raghav thanks CM Punk for rejuvenating his interest in pro wrestling in 2011. One of the reasons he loves Punk is because he is different from everyone and says on TV what most fans are thinking.
He is also fond of Dean Malenko, as he is one of the best technical wrestlers who never got the chance to shine in WWE. If Raghav could go back to manage someone from The Attitude Era, it would be Malenko, so that he could help him focus on what he was great at and help him with the rest.
Raghav is a big fan of UFC and, when not writing or collecting information about pro wrestling, he spends time watching MMA along with many other sports like cricket, soccer, and Formula 1.
