WWE RAW is the longest-running weekly episodic television show in the world and its longevity is a testament to the show's success. The show has aired across various networks over the years for over 30 years and currently airs on the USA Network in the United States. The show is making a massive change next year and former head writer Vince Russo feels the company will stick with the change.

WWE signed a contract with Netflix to air weekly episodes of RAW live, starting in 2025. The multi-billion dollar deal will give the streaming giants exclusive rights to livestream RAW in the US and many other regions for a total of ten years. This marks a huge change for the show after being available on people's television for over three decades.

While Vince Russo isn't convinced that people will pay the subscription fee for Netflix in order to watch RAW, he thinks the deal will last for the entire contract due to the investment by the streaming platform. He made this comment on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast. You can read his comments and watch the entire podcast below.

"It's a pretty big deal with Netflix, it's a pretty big commitment. You know, I mean if things don't work out once the contracts ends, they can go back to USA network. We'll see bro, we'll see if people are gonna spend the money they think they're gonna spend." [27:24 - 27:40]
