This year's WWE Money in the Bank ended on a good note for Nikki Bella fans, as the company announced the return of the former two-time Divas Champion for the upcoming edition of RAW. The Hall of Famer had stunned the fans earlier this year when she made a shocking comeback at the Women's Royal Rumble Match. Nikki returned to the promotion after nearly three years and entered the Rumble match at no. 30. She eliminated Bayley before being thrown out by Nia Jax.
It was also rumored that the return is the beginning of Nikki's second run with the Stamford-based promotion, and she was expected to square off in a match at WrestleMania 41. However, none of this happened, and she never showed up after Rumble. With her return to the red brand announced during Money in the Bank, the veteran might not come alone. She might bring her sister, Brie Bella, with her, who also left the Stamford-based promotion in 2023.
The Bella Twins could return on RAW tomorrow and announce their match for the upcoming all-women's premium live event, Evolution 2. The show will take place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 13. Nikki Bella had said back in April that there would be a big announcement that fans would be excited about in July.
The fans speculated that the announcement was related to Evolution 2 PLE. However, she later clarified that it wasn't regarding her WWE return, but rather a movie in which she would be starring.
"I did not confirm the Evolution pay-per-view. The thing I was saying that I was going to be part of in July -- I just need to kill this because I see it everywhere. I'm in a movie. I can't announce it yet, but it's a movie that I'm in July. I didn't want to say the movie part, but now I feel like I have to say it because everyone thinks I'm confirming Evolution. It's a movie I'm in, which I'm excited for everyone to see because it's a great character and it was a lot of fun to play. I can't wait to talk about it," Nikki Bella said on the Nikki and Brie show. But now that she has been announced for a return to WWE, things can quickly get in shape, and Nikki and Brie Bella can once again get ready for in-ring action.
Nikki Bella and Brie Bella can challenge Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship
If Nikki comes out with her sister, Brie Bella, then there are extremely strong chances of them challenging Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the Women's Tag Team Championship. The Judgment Day members have been breaking records with the title, and The Bella Twins are the perfect opponents to dethrone them.
Moreover, as of now, Liv and Raquel also do not have any opponents for their gold, and The Bella Twins would fill in the void. The four of them can get into a title match at WWE Evolution 2, with the Hall of Famers winning the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship for the very first time.
