We have spoken enough about the achievements of Charlotte Flair and the talent that Rhea Ripley possesses, but it’s impossible to quantify just how much Io Shirai deserves to be at the top of NXT.

Shirai is one of the few Japanese Superstars signed by WWE, and she is arguably one of the finest in the ring. Shirai has proven to be a great heel after being a babyface for quite some time, and we are convinced that she may be the best Japanese Superstar in WWE at portraying different characters.

Shirai has had a few big matches in NXT and she has outshined her opponents each and every time. The Genius from the Sky was the highlight of the heel team during the 2019 WarGames and has continued to give stellar performances ever since.

While Flair and Ripley have already had their time at the top of the Black & Gold brand, maybe it is the right time for NXT to change things around a little bit.

With that in mind, a victory for Shirai is on the cards as she has the support of the entire WWE Universe, and no one can doubt her skills and talent.

Shirai could end up defeating Ripley and Flair by pinning one of the two women at TakeOver: In Your House and lift her first Championship belt in WWE. This will also allow WWE to free Flair off her NXT duties and give her a chance to return to RAW where she can fill the void left by Becky Lynch.
