Opinion: What WWE could do with Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson on Smackdown

Former WWE Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were among the 11 superstars to be traded from RAW to Smackdown in the Superstar Shakeup, and as they have been floundering on RAW all year, they are a very welcomed trade in my opinion.

The two good brothers now find themselves back on the same show as their other good brother, WWE Champion AJ Styles. Having been a unit when they all came to WWE within a couple months of each other, it is possible that we could see them reunite once again, in fact as soon as the Gallows and Anderson trade was announced, many fans quickly took to social media hoping for the reunion to happen.

Now at first, I thought that yeah, a Club reunion with AJ Styles would be pretty cool, but then I thought of something else, I thought of someone else.

Good idea... Or is there a better one?

Styles is of course in the midst of a feud with the recently turned heel Shinsuke Nakamura. Could the brothers make a bigger impact on Smackdown then, not by aiding AJ, but turning on him?

It's not completely infeasible, I mean AJ was the member of the group to be the megastar, while Luke and Karl have been often shifted aside during their run with WWE. It would make sense that jealousy could play a part in them deciding they have had enough with how big and popular AJ is, and thus decide to turn on him, aiding Shinsuke in a Championship win over AJ and becoming a new dominant faction on Smackdown and in all of WWE.

Looking at the kind of heel that Shinsuke is looking to be, having back up, especially in the form of the like of Gallows and Anderson would do him well in feuds with AJ and others, and the mere shock of Gallows and Anderson turning on AJ for pure shock value, would be worth it alone.
