5 Ways Paul Heyman could influence the Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar storyline

Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns are both headed for war
Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns are both headed for war

Listen, Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar are almost certainly heading for a clash at some point. That said, there's some time before we get there because Roman Reigns vs. Finn Balor is scheduled to happen at Extreme Rules 2021.

That is not a bad thing at all. There's clearly a storyline that's playing out between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar, with Paul Heyman as the third wheel. He could be the catalyst who takes us in several different directions in the months that follow.

Please share your thoughts on the article or this story arc in general. Heck, even if you want to comment on Brock Lesnar's brand new look, please feel free to do so.

#5 Could he bring in a member of Roman Reigns' family to take Brock Lesnar down?

So essentially, Paul Heyman has two immediate concerns. He has to find a way to take Brock Lesnar, who is seemingly invincible, down. Heyman also has to find a way to mend his relationship with Roman Reigns to such an extent that the Tribal Chief begins to trust him again.

Could Sefa Fatu, Rikishi's son, join The Bloodline? Yes, this ensures that he misses the entire NXT system but are there four better people to learn from than Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Paul Heyman? Imagine what a surprise it would be if he came in to destroy Brock Lesnar with the help of his Samoan family.

The only reason this twist is so very far down in this list is that it is unlikely that WWE will do something so bold at this stage of the game. That said, you never say never in WWE because stranger things have happened in the company's rich and glorious history.

#4 Paul Heyman could pick Brock Lesnar over his current Tribal Chief

Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns could be the site of an awesome twist. We could see Paul Heyman choosing to align with his former client, discarding his current one in the ultimate swerve.

Listen, Roman Reigns is one of the best promos in the sports entertainment business right now. He doesn't need a mouthpiece as much as Brock Lesnar does. And this is why the classic partnership we love and despise in equal measure could return for another run!

#3 Paul Heyman could introduce a new star as Roman Reigns' ally

Gable Steveson is clearly the hottest signing that WWE has made in quite some time. He's on fire right now and the best way for him to make a splash is in the hottest ongoing WWE storyline.

Paul Heyman could introduce Steveson as Roman Reigns' ally as a key player when it comes to taking Brock Lesnar down for good. There is clearly a degree of respect between Steveson and Heyman judging from their previous social media interactions!

#2 Paul Heyman could betray both Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns in a stunning twist

Both Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns have benefited greatly from being allied with Paul Heyman. That said, they're both future Hall of Famers and it may be time for Heyman to move on to a new guy. And this guy could be none other than The Demon, Finn Balor.

See, Brock Lesnar threw Paul Heyman under the bus on SmackDown this week. Roman Reigns isn't pleased with him either. It may be time for Heyman to betray his client in the upcoming Universal Championship match and find a new Superstar to get attached to.

Finn Balor could use the rub.

#1 Paul Heyman could send Brock Lesnar to RAW

Or Paul Heyman could request that, until things settle down on SmackDown, Brock Lesnar take a little jaunt on RAW! This gives WWE the bandwidth to play out Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley while Roman Reigns vs. Finn Balor happens on SmackDown.

It allows for Paul Heyman to be friendly with both parties. It could lead to interesting possibilities.
