Last week, it was reported that TNA beat both WWE RAW and SmackDown for their ‘Impact Wrestling’ debut on DMAX on 28th Feb in Germany. Impact had 220,000 viewers and RAW had 200,000 viewers. In the second week, TNA had just 120,000 viewers while RAW had 170,000 viewers.

In an updated report later, it was mentioned that Impact had 220,000 viewers on DMAX while RAW had 200,000 viewers on Tele 5 that week. In the second week, Impact had 120000 viewers whereas RAW had 290,000 and not 170,000. SmackDown, on the other hand drew 140,000 and 150,000 viewers in the last two weeks respectively.

Lucha Underground officials are interested in bringing former TNA X division champion Sonjay Dutt in. Even though there has been no official announcement, people at the Lucha Underground are of the opinion that El Ray Network would launch the second season.

Tapings resume this weekend and they were ordered past episode 39. El Ray network recently launched promotional materials for network growth and pushed Lucha Underground as a flagship program. This adds strength to the speculations.
