#1 Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan's reign as WWE Champion is just starting to get off the ground. To take the title off of him right before WrestleMania would make all the storytelling that has been invested in him over the last few months irrelevant.
He's making several valid points about how humans consume and hurt the planet, but we cannot help our nature. It's how he chides the WWE Universe for being what they are that truly sets his heel turn over the edge.

It's entertaining to watch and a good portion of the crowd still cheers Byran no matter what he says or does.
For those reasons, it would seem strange to change things up so close to WrestleMania. They have potential for a huge storyline in having Daniel Bryan return to WrestleMania only this time as a top champion and as a heel.
He might not be one of the first entrants in the match, or perhaps he will be since he has the endurance. But when all is said and done, I think (and hope) he'll walk out of the Elimination Chamber with his WWE Championship.
